At WeRChristmas, we want your home to shine bright, but if you are not completely satisfied with your festive purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our festive support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all lights, ornaments, or tree components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your return label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest approved courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned decorations, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
